Partnership Summary
Xchange Stewards, LLC is seeking candidates with the entrepreneurial drive and determination to succeed in the rapidly growing trade exchange/commercial barter industry. Xchange Stewards offers local businesses a new type of credit so they may engage in cashless exchange with other participating businesses. Our services help businesses increase sales, conserve cash, move inventory, and make use of excess capacity.
Coordinating team partners are responsible for the business planning, financial management, and operations of the organization. XS needs new partners to get this winning idea moving along, to stay on our desired and realistic timeline, and to formulate a team that will encourage outside investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business management, accounting, or finance
- Experience with start-up business administration, organizational budgeting, interpreting management information for business forecasting, planning and management purposes
- Strong business orientation, with a good understanding of the key drivers, issues, constraints, etc of start-up businesses
- Experience with cooperative management, administration, development and outreach is preferred
Expectations and Compensation
- Coordinating Team Members must contribute a minimum of 20 hours per week and log hours until program launch. There is no pay for this position, but individual will receive a fair share of the business revenue based on a partnership contract negotiated amongst all parties.
